Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
  • 1 - Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 Tbl - Olive Oil
  • 2 cans - Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can - Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 to 3 Stalks of Celery - chopped
  • 1 - Yellow Onion - chopped
  • 1 can - Sliced Black Olives - chopped
  • 1 package - Mozzarella Cheese - Grated
  • Parmesan Cheese - Grated
  • 1 lb Spaghetti
Steps
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°
  2. Cook spaghetti according to the package
  3. Debone and cut/shred chicken into bite-sized pieces
  4. Sauté onion and celery in oil
  5. Combine all ingredients, using most of the cheese (add a little milk if it is too dry)
  6. Spray 13x9 dish with Pam and pour in the mixture
  7. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with parmesan
  8. Cover with foil and bake 30 to 40 minutes
  9. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly
