Keto Sausage Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well until combined.
  3. Using a cookie scoop and your hands, roll mixture into 25 balls.
  4. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 16 to 20 minutes.
  5. Store in a sandwich bag or covered bowl in the fridge.
