Ingredients
  • 250g (9oz) dried penne pasta
  • 2 to 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ of an onion
  • 1 cup (250g) tomato sauce - I used Mutti, basil
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • (If your tomato sauce doesn't have basil, a few fresh basil leaves are recommended)
