  • 85ml (⅓ cup) Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 15g (2 tablespoon) Corn Starch
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp + ¼ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 225g (1 cup + ¾ cup) All Purpose Flour
  • ¼t sp Salt

  • •100g (½cup) Cane Sugar or castor Sugar
  • •40g (3 tablespoons) Butter, cut in cubes, soft
  • •80ml (⅓ cup) Whipping Cream, warm
  • •¼ tsp Salt

  • subheading: Buttercream Frosting:
  • •250g (1 cup + 2 tablespoons) Butter, cut in cubes at room temperature
  • •200g (1 cup + ⅔ cup) Powdered Sugar
  • •2 to 3tsp Vanilla Extract
  • •60ml (¼ cup) Whipping Cream
  • •Pinch of Salt
