Ingredients
- 1 lb. dried pasta of your choice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup white wine, I use a Sauvignon Blanc
- ½ cup butter, cut into four equal pieces (see notes)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper (optional)
- ½ cup parmesan, finely grated (see notes)
- ½ to 1 cup packed flat leaf parsley, very finely chopped
