Easy White Wine and Butter Pasta Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. dried pasta of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup white wine, I use a Sauvignon Blanc
  • ½ cup butter, cut into four equal pieces (see notes)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper (optional)
  • ½ cup parmesan, finely grated (see notes)
  • ½ to 1 cup packed flat leaf parsley, very finely chopped
