Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp salted butter
  • ½ medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 & ½ tbsp gochujang
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ cup roughly chopped herbs, such as dill, parsley & scallions
  • ½ lemon for serving
