Ingredients
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Pinch of  crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked diced ham- use Kroger or John Morrell
  • ½ large red or green bell pepper, diced
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup diced carrots, optional
  • 4 cups cold cooked brown, white, or cauliflower rice. I like to use Trader Joe’s microwavable organic brown rice.
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 4 green onions, sliced
