Ingredients

  • 1 scoop THM Pristine Protein Powder
  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ tsp THM Glucomannan ("gluccie")
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • ¼ cup THM Erythritol (or sweetener of your choice, to taste)
  • 2 cups ice cubes
