Yaki Udon Noodles

Ingredients
  • 6 oz udon noodles, cooked
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • 1 ½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp saki
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Green onion for garnish
Steps
  1. Heat oil in pan.  Add ginger, garlic and brown slightly.
  2. Add sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, rice vinegar and saki.  Heat until bubbly.
  3. Add cooked noodles to sauce in pan, stir and cook until coated.  Serve topped with chopped green onion.
  4. Optional:  Add chicken or pork bits.
