Spinach-Artichoke Cheese Ball
Ingredients
  • 1 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 5.2 oz pkg semi-soft cheese with garlic and fine herbs (such as Boursin)
  • 1 ½ cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz.)
  • 10 ounce package chopped frozen spinach, thawed, drained, squeezed dry, and finely chopped
  • 1 6 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped, and patted dry
  • ½ cup roasted red sweet peppers, drained, chopped, and patted dry
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
  • ¼ cup toasted sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Toasted baguette slices and/or pita chips
