Medjool Date Pumpkin Fudge
Ingredients

  • 1 cup ( 250g) cashew butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
  • ½ cup ( 125g) pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp salt (omit if nut butter is salted)
  • 2 to 4 tbsp coconut oil or non-dairy milk, as needed
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips, melted
