Twisted Cinnamon Buns
Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
  • 3 Tbsp (36g) brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 40g butter
  • 250 fresh milk or full cream milk (reserve 15g and add in later if the dough too dry)

  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 100g brown sugar (please add more if you prefer sweeter)
  • 100g butter, room temperature
  • subheading: Utensil:
  • 2 muffin trays
