Barbecued Piri Piri Prawns
Ingredients
  • 6 long red chillies

  • 100ml sunflower oil
  • 24 green prawns, peeled (tails intact), deveined
  • 2 tablespoons shredded mint or basil leaves
  • Lime or lemon wedges, to serve
