Hong Kong Style Noodles (港式煎麵)

  • 8oz bok choy
  • 3oz white mushroom

  • 1piece green onion (we're only using the white part)
  • 2tbsp corn oil
  • Chicken Marinade
  • 0.25tsp salt
  • 1tsp cornstarch
  • 1tsp water
  • Sauce
  • 0.50tsp salt
  • 0.75tsp sugar
  • 1tsp chicken bouillon
  • 1.5tbsp cornstarch (sauce)
  • 1tbsp water
  • 12oz water
  • 1tsp sesame oil
  • 1tbsp oyster sauce
