  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons crushed red pepper
  • Tortilla chips, chopped avocado and lime wedges, for serving
