Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour, (4 ½ ounces)
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup almond butter (I used chunky)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup coconut oil , melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate (about 55% cacao), cut in ¼-inch chunks, or chocolate morsels (chips)
  • ½ cup chopped lightly toasted pecans
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
