Weight Watcher's Chicken Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs cooked chicken breasts, diced or shredded
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup of grapes
  • 2 tablespoons of slivered almonds
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 3 tablespoons low fat Greek yogurt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
