  • 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 nectarine, pitted
  • 1 TBS hemp hearts (or hemp seeds or hemp protein)
