Healthy Vegan Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
Ingredients
  • 1 and ½ cups gluten free oat flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  •  
  • ½ cup organic raw cane sugar
  •  
  • 1 and ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  •  
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  •  
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  •  
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  •  
  • ¾ cup unsweetened dairy free milk
  •  
  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal 3 tbsp water)
  •  
  • 6 ounces vegan cream cheese (used kite hill) 1 tbsp arrowroot
  • can add ⅓ cup chocolate chips if wanted or however much desired!
