Date and Soy Stir-Fry Sauce
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari, or to taste
  • 1½ cups low-sodium vegetable stock
  • ¼ cup pitted Medjool dates, or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp fresh grated garlic
  • 1 Tbsp arrowroot powder whisked with 2 Tbsp cold water
