'Weekend Brisket' for Hanukkah: Try the Recipe

  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 (4 to 5 lb.) trimmed brisket flat
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 yellow onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 6 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth
