  • Veg oil for frying

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 200ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 10ml water
  • ½ lemon, juice only
  • Salt and pepper
