Hawaiian Haystacks

Ingredients
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cubes of chicken bouillon
  • 4 cans of water
  • flour and water for thickening
  • 2 cans cooked chicken (can use rotisserie chicken, diced)
  • 6 c hot cooked rice (can be Minute Rice)
  • 10 oz frozen peas, heated
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits
  • tomatoes, diced
  • green onions, sliced
  • slivered almonds or cashews
  • Chinese noodles
  • shredded cheese
  • french fried onions
Steps
  1. Combine soup, water and bouillon cubes.
  2. Bring to boil and thicken with flour and water.
  3. Stir in chicken and heat thoroughly.
  4. Use a potato masher to break up chicken chunks.
  5. Place the remaining ingredients in individual bowls.
  6. Build your own haystack with rice, chicken gravy, and desired toppings.
