Ingredients
  • Soaked Chan noodle (I use a half of this package to make 2 servings)
  • 6 Peeled head-on shrimps ( I normally use frozen shell on white shrimp size 20 to 30)
  • 1 cup of diced tofu
  • ¼ chopped sweet radish
  • 2 Tsp chopped shallot
  • 2Tsp chopped garlic
  • ¼ cup dried shrimps
  • ⅔ cup Chinese chive
  • 3 cups bean sprouts
  • ½Tsp sugar
  • 1Tsp golden mountain sauce
  • 1 Tsp mushroom sauce (or light soy sauce)
  • ⅓ cup PadThai sauce
  • 1Tsp fish sauce
  • 1Tsp vinegar (I prefer using the one that use to fermented jalapeño or you could use plain white vinegar)
  • Ground peanut
  • Banana blossom
  • Wedged limes
