  • 1 pinch ( 1 pinch) sea salt flakes I use Cell Squared

  • 150 g ( 5 oz) Allulose Syrup
  • 45 g ( 3 tbsp) thickened cream or heavy/whipping cream
  • 45 g ( 3 tbsp) butter
  • subheading: CHOCOLATE NOUGAT LAYER:
  • 90 g ( ⅜ cups) Clear Fibre Syrup
  • 20 g ( 0.7 oz) dark chocolate
  • 10 g ( 1 tbsp) coconut butter
  • 50 g ( ½ cups) whey protein isolate
  • 1 tbsp ( 1 tbsp) cacao nibs I use Cell Squared
