Ingredients
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour mix
  • ½ cup tapioca flour
  • ½ cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 eggs (or flegg - mix 2 Tbsp flax meal with 6 Tbsp of hot water and use in place of the 2 eggs)
  • 1 cup almond milk or cashew milk
  • 1 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar
