Ingredients
  • Turmeric : powder or freshly grated turmeric roots
  • Milk : of your choice. I love almond milk.
  • Sweetener : I am using maple syrup. You can use sugar, raw sugar, agave nectar, monk fruit extract etc.
  • Ground black pepper : to enhance bio-vitality of turmeric.
  • Ground Ginger : Adds nice tinge of heat.
  • subheading: Optional :
  • A dusting of ginger powder, nutmeg, saffron, green cardamom or cinnamon.
