Immune booster bowl
Ingredients
  • Blender
  • 2 oranges
  • ½ apple
  • 1 small beetroot
  • ½ tbsp ginger
  • 2 dates
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp soaked sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil
  • ½ cup water
  •  
  • Other
  • 85 g buckwheat soaked 1½ hours
  • 1 tbsp ground vanilla
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  •  
  • 2 figs
Steps
  1. Combine blender ingredients and blend
  2. Soak buckwheat
  3. Add buckwheat vanilla and olive oil and combine
  4. Add in bowl some of blended solulution
  5. Add buckwheat and dome slices of fig
