Scot's Shortbread

a good recipe for shortbread

2 cups flour
3/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup sugar

1. put all ingredients in a bowl and knead

2. roll about 1/2 inch thick

3. fit in pie pans and flute edges

4. prick with fork into wedges for breaking

5. bake in slow oven until golden brown

Oven Temperature: 250°F
