Ingredients

  • 1 yellow onion, chopped (replace with a cup of chopped spring onion tops for low FODMAP version)
  • 2 cloves garlic (omit for low FODMAP version)
  • 3 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 4 cups chicken bone broth
  • 4 cups carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste
