Ingredients
  • 1½ lbs cherry tomatoes

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup broth (chicken or vegetable)
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Momofuku Chili Crunch, divided
  • ¼ cup Momofuku Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Momofuku Rice Vinegar
  • ¼ cup of cilantro or chives, chopped
  • Kosher salt
