Copycat Jenny's Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  • 100g salted butter ( u can swop half to unsalted ) Cold but softened
  • 25g icing sugar
  • 25g rice flour
  • 30g bread flour
  • 45g plain flour
  •  
  • Cream butter with icing till pale. Do not overcream
  • Sift in all the other dry ingredients and fold until just nice.
  • Take out half put on one side of a piping bag.
  • The other half mix in 2 full tsp of sesame paste. Put into the other side of the piping bag. When u pipe a swirl u will get dual colours.

  • Bake at 160 fan mode for 15 mins until browned at edges. Rotate pan half way thru.

  • This is melt in the mouth version. Not crunchy type.
