Taco Stuffed Peppers {Paleo, Keto}
Ingredients
  • 4 bell peppers any colors
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small yellow onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning I like Balanced Bites or Primal Palate
  • Sea salt
  • ½ cup crushed tomatoes or diced tomatoes
  • 4 oz can diced green chiles
  • ½ cup vegan cheddar shreds optional - I used Violife
  • Garnish - sliced avocado fresh salsa, minced cilantro, dairy free sour cream (I like Kite Hill)*
