  • 2 Tbsps. Bacon Grease
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. White Pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp. dried Thyme
  • ½ pound cooked and crumbled Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Veal Stock
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco Sauce, or other Louisiana-Style Hot Sauce of choice
