  • 3 large egg whites
  • ½ tsp cream of tartar
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • ¾ cup golden corn syrup
  • ? cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • subheading: Chocolate Glaze:
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp whole milk
  • ½ Tbsp light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2oz of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • 2 graham crackers
