Soft Carrot Cookies

powdered sugar - 3.2 oz (90 g)

nutmeg - 1 pinch

oil - 1 ⅔ tbsp (25 ml)

butter - 1.1 oz (30 g) hard, cold

orange peel - 1 tbsp.

flour - 3.5 oz (100 g)

baking powder - ½ tsp.

walnuts - 3 pcs. (halves)

salt - 1 small pinch
