Barbequed Chuck Roast

Ingredients
  • 2½ lb. chuck roast
  •  
  • subheading: Marinade:
  • 5 oz. soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ cup burgundy wine
  • 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1½ cups water
Steps
  1. Early in the day, blend the marinade ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate roast in the marinade for at least 6 hours, turning once.
  3. Grill about 15 minutes on each side, or to desired rareness, often spooning on marinade.
