Ingredients
- 2½ lb. chuck roast
- subheading: Marinade:
- 5 oz. soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ¼ cup burgundy wine
- 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1½ cups water
Steps
- Early in the day, blend the marinade ingredients.
- Refrigerate roast in the marinade for at least 6 hours, turning once.
- Grill about 15 minutes on each side, or to desired rareness, often spooning on marinade.
