  • 2 cans low salt cans cream of Chicken condensed soup
  • 1 ¼ cups water or 2% milk
  • 2 tbs soy sour cream
  • 3 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 16 oz frozen broccoli
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 cup dry brad crumbs
  •  
  • 1. combine soup, water, sour cream mix together, pour mixture in 9x13 inch pan
  •  
  • 2. add Chicken Broccoli and potatoes
  •  
  • 3. cover completely with bread crumbs
  •  
  • 4. bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30 minutes
  •  
  • 5. remove and cover and bake for 30 minutes more
  •  
  • Servings: 8
