Naan Bread

Ingredients
  • ½ C Warm Water
  • 2 t Instant Yeast
  • 1 t Sugar
  • ¼ C Yogurt, plain
  • 3 T Olive Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 ½ C All purpose Flour
  • ½ t Salt
  • 2 T Butter
  • 2 t Garlic
Steps
  1. 1. Mix yeast, sugar and warm water together
  2. 2. Add oil, yogurt, egg, flour and salt - mix
  3. 3. Kneed until smooth - let rise
  4. 4. Cut into 8 pieces, roll flat
  5. 5. Fry in hot pan with a little oil
  6. 6. Brush with melted garlic infused butter
