Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour Do not substitute other flour
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (½ a stick)
  • ⅔ cups milk 2% is OK, but do not use nonfat. Lactose-free is fine.
  • 1 cup dried blueberries
