Shrimp Orzo (30-Minute, One-Pan Meal) , 4 servings
Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup orzo uncooked
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped (1 can or about 1 cup)
  • 4 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
