Chicken Supreme
Ingredients
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅛ tsp. pepper
Steps
  1. In skillet, heat 1 tbsp. oil and cook chicken approximately 10 minutes or until browned. Remove and pour off fat.
  2. In skillet, combine soup, milk and pepper heating to boiling. Return chicken to skillet and cover. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink; stir often.
