  • ½ cup peanuts chopped
  • 1 fresh lime

  • ½ cup hot water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 to 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice or to taste
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes or to taste
