  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoons minced garlic
  • ½ (12-ounce) bottle amber beer
  • ½ tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaves
  • ¼ cup green onion tops
  • ⅛ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ to 1 pound lump crabmeat ( do NOT use crabmeat purée)
  • Cooked rice for serving
