Healthy Applesauce Oat Muffins (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Oil-Free, Refined Sugar Free)
Ingredients
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (you can do less if you don’t like cinnamon)
  • ⅓ cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar, add more if you like a sweeter muffin)
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup applesauce (I highly recommend using homemade)
  • ¼ cup tahini (or almond/cashew butter)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
