Mustardy Apple Butter glazed pork chops
Ingredients
  • 3 T apple butter
  • 2T maple syrup
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 t soy sauce
  • ½ t cider vinegar
  • 1 t salt
  • 4 boneless pork chops
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Stir apple butter, maple syrup, mustard, soy sauce, and vinegar.
  2. Sprinkle salt on both sides of the meat. Place in an oven safe skillet and spoon 1 t glaze over each chop. Roast 40 to 45 minutes (135 to 137 degrees).
  3. Remove from oven and heat the broiler. Brush the chops with the rest of the glaze. Broil for3 to 6 minuets until the glaze is bubbly and slightly charred. Let rest for 5 minutes.

  • May use chicken breasts
