Lisa's Original Herbed Fried Chicken Mixupdated
Ingredients
  • 5 to 6 c all-purpose or whole wheat flour (or a combination the two) ------updated! gone gluten free now...substitute brown rice flour for the wheat flour for gluten-free recipe----it's great and makes a fabulous crunchy texture!!!
  • 2 heaping tablespoons mrs. dash original or table blend (table blend works best as a mix, but i've used both kinds)
  • ⅓ c parsley flakes
  • ½ Tbsp black pepper
  • ½ Tbsp salt (more or less to taste, or you can omit altogether if you're trying to reduce your sodium)
  • ½ to 1 tsp cayenne or ground red pepper, or to taste
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp granulated garlic or garlic powder (not garlic salt)
  • ⅓ to ½ c onion powder (not onion salt)
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp crushed rosemary
