  • 1 lb of ground beef (it is best to use a lean beef like a 90/10 ratio so you don't have to drain)
  • 1 16 ounce box of Rotini, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 10.5 ounce can of Campbell's French Onion Soup
  • 3 cups of shredded mozzarella
  • 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese softened
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced small
  • 1 medium sized green pepper, diced small
  • Optional 2 cups of mushrooms, diced small
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • ¼ teaspoon of paprika
  • ½ tablespoon of onion powder
  • ½ tablespoon of garlic powder
  • black pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon of celery salt
  • 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
  • 1 tablepoon of Worcestershire sauce or Soy Sauce
