CHEESY BROCCOLI HASHBROWN BAKE
Ingredients
  • 1 large pre steamed potato
  • 1.5 heads of broccoli (I know it seems like a lot, but just add as much as YOU need to be satisfied!)
  • subheading: Cheesy sauce (I only used half):
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ⅓ cup nutritional yeast
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt to taste
  • subheading: Caesar side salad:
  • ¼ cup vegan Greek style yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 cups of lettuce
  • ½ a cucumber
