  • ½ tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • subheading: Creamy Fonio Grits:
  • 3 cups vegetable broth or water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup raw fonio
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream, or nut creamer
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
